How Should I Market Redshift Wireless?
I spent most of the day yesterday not working on cool Engineering stuff, but learning all about marketing. The day involved a seminar in the morning looking at the ‘Five Biggest Mistakes In Online Marketing’, followed by a seminar later in the day on ‘Attracting New Leads to My Website‘. I learned a huge amount, and frequent visitors to Redshift Wireless online should expect to see changes over the coming weeks.
Today I have signed up for Google Business Tools and also True Local. The Business Tools gives me a Google + page I believe, which I do not think many people will use, but might help with search results. At the same time I signed up for Google Webmaster Tools, giving me even more analytics.
But what I think will be even more important will be setting up an account on True Local. This is an Australian business directory owned by Sensis. The good thing about True Local is that it has a high page rank and links back to the Redshift Wireless website, improving search results. This can only assist with marketing – and I find businesses all the time that only have a True Local page.
So the question for my followers is this – what should Redshift Wireless be doing to market our innovative Cloud Based Air Conditioning controller? Any thoughts gratefully appreciated, as are leads.
