Can anyone see any issues with this photo? This is a local primary school. I don’t mean the issue with the sun causing a bit of lens flare. In my mind, whilst they are being environmentally ‘friendly’ by collecting rainwater, they have large air conditioning units mounted on the wall directly above the rainwater tanks. But this is not what caught my eye.

What I found more interesting was that this photo was taken at 11AM on weekday in the middle of the school holidays. And for some reason the outside lights are all on. A simple timer would stop these lights being switched on in the middle of the day, giving some immediate energy savings for the school.
